The HVY Biff is a heavy-duty dump truck with a tall cab, a strong chassis and a big tipping bed.
It is slow and steady, but very hard to push around, and it is a fixture of construction sites around the state.
Fans may remember it from GTA V and GTA IV. Its appearance in the Extended Look confirmed it for the game.
